Responsibilities:                                                                 

• To supervise the operation of the teams and outlets
• Planning and implementing marketing & promotional activities
• Managing store inventory and charting staff duty roster
• To conduct operation and product training to the team members

Requirements:

• Must possess experience in leading, managing and supervising a team of not less than 5 members. Experience in directly selling will be an added advantage.
• Possess good and effective leadership quality/skill and a good mentor to team members.
• Good interpersonal skill is essential.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Valley
• Possess own transport
