Product Design Officer
Background
- Provide Industrial design services to the product development division
- Working closely with technical design officers to develop the complete product design
- Working closely with third party designers and act as project integrator
Capability and experience
- Ability to conduct market analysis of product designs targeted on specific product group
- Ability to execute complete industrial design work to the level of 3-D computer prototyping and interface seamlessly with physical prototyping
- Minimum 5 years experience in practical product design work in Electrical Home Appliances
- Well versed in Design trend in Electrical Home Appliances

Chief Product Officer
Responsibilities
- To come up with new products to refresh the overall product mix to meet the market demand
- To improve current products based on market feedback
- Consistently and systematically build up the capabilities of the department especially the knowledge base and the resources
- Carry out line audit and oversee the process improvements and technology to be implemented to products when feasible.
- To lead, coordinate and control the in-house factory, the engineering department, the purchasing department, the quality assurance department and the relevant oversee offices
- In the course of doing the above, maintain an effective and conducive working relationship with all third party suppliers and to negotiate and resolve problems that arise from time to time
- To develop the Product Department Capabilities as the need arises
Capability and experience
- Minimum 10 years experience in electrical home appliances sector with vast experience in product development and supply chain management
- Wide connection in the China-Taiwan-HK area in terms of suppliers and contractors
- Strong sense of market requirement trend and commitment to customer need
- Strong sense of ownership to job and skillful in administration
- Good leadership and skillful negotiation
